These Game Rules (the "Rules") govern your participation in the games offered by Zumbo Innovations Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through their mobile application “Jumbo” (“App” or “Jumbo”). By participating in any game on the Jumbo, you agree to comply with these Rules, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other policies governing the use of our Platform. Please note that the capitalized terms used herein and not defined in these Rules shall have the meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

You understand and agree that the games on the Jumbo are provided for entertainment purposes only and are designed to reward you with prizes based on your participation. Each game is governed by specific rules and conditions, which may vary, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any game at our discretion. Your access to or utilization of our App operated by the Company Policy implies your agreement to be governed by this Policy.

At Jumbo, we believe that playing games should be fun, exciting, and full of rewards. However, just like every good game, it’s important to know the rules before you participate. Please take a moment to read through these Rules carefully before you participate in any Jumbo game. These rules outline how the games work, the rewards you can win, and some important legal terms to ensure your experience stays fun and fair.

You understand and acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, or reward system at any time, with or without notice. Changes may be made to these Rules and other aspects of the game, and users are encouraged to review these Rules periodically.

1. NATURE OF GAMES

   
   

   1. The games offered on the Jumbo are entertainment-oriented activities designed to engage users and reward them for their participation. These games are provided to incentivize users to interact with the App and participate in a variety of games that may lead to earning rewards such as Game Tokens, coupons, Cash Winnings, and other prizes.

   2. Please note that Jumbo games are provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee or warranty of continuity. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any game at its discretion, at any time, without prior notice to users. The specific rules and rewards associated with each game are outlined within the game interface and may vary depending on the game.

   3. It is important to note that Jumbo Games are not designed as a form of gambling. The games are intended to be enjoyable where users can participate without risking money directly on the gameplay. All users must comply with the game rules to be eligible for any rewards, and the Company retains full discretion over the awarding of prizes.

   4. The Company may also update or remove games periodically, and users should be aware that rewards are subject to change based on the nature and structure of each game. The availability and nature of rewards are at the sole discretion of the Company and are outlined in the specific game’s terms and conditions.

      
      

2. TYPES OF GAMES

   
   

The Jumbo Platform offers a variety of fun games designed to provide an entertaining and rewarding experience for all users. Each game offers unique challenges and opportunities to earn rewards such as Game Tokens, Cash Winnings and other exciting prizes. Below are the different types of games you can play on Jumbo:

1. Daily Spin: The Daily Spin game gives users the chance to win a variety of prizes every day, including Game Tokens, coupons, free spins, and other exciting rewards. Every user gets 1 free spin per day, and this can be increased by building a "streak." By simply spinning the wheel, users can see instantly which reward they have won, with prizes being randomly allocated. This game is designed to be quick, easy, and fun, giving users daily opportunities to win.

2. Finding Jumbo: In the Finding Jumbo game, users are tasked with locating the correct positions of the letters “J”, “U”, “M”, “B”, “O”, and “X” within a grid. Each week, the Company will reveal the correct positions of these letters, and users can earn rewards based on how many letters they correctly placed. Please note that certain higher-tier prizes may be distributed among multiple winners, adding to the competitive excitement. The game encourages users to participate regularly, as a new game starts every Saturday at 18:00 hrs.

3. Powerplay: The Powerplay game challenges users to answer six questions daily, with topics ranging from sports like cricket and football to entertainment, business, and more. Players must choose the correct answer from two options. The more questions users answer correctly, the greater the rewards they can win. This game tests both knowledge and speed, making it an engaging experience for trivia lovers.

4. Level Up: In the Level Up game, users are presented with six levels, each containing either a bomb or a prize. Each level has a timer, and players must make their guess before time runs out. Players tap on each level to make a guess, and if they find a prize, they can either cash out or advance to the next level for a bigger reward. If a bomb is found or the timer runs out, the game is lost, and all prizes for any cleared levels are also lost. This game blends luck with strategy, offering users the thrill of risk-taking in exchange for potentially higher rewards.

5. Ludo Express: Ludo Express is a fast-paced version of the classic Ludo game. In this game, you control four pawns and have a total of 24 moves to achieve the highest possible score on the board. The objective is to move your pawns strategically across the board, eliminating opponent pawns when possible and reaching your home space. Each move counts towards accumulating points, and your final score depends on how well you play, how many opponent pawns you eliminate, and how efficiently you complete the game. To succeed in Ludo Express, you’ll need a mix of strategy, timing, and a bit of luck. The higher your score, the bigger the rewards you earn! The game tests your decision-making skills and your ability to plan moves ahead, making it an exciting and competitive experience.

   
   

3. GAME ENTRY AND PARTICIPATION

   
   

   1. User Registration and Sign-Up:

      1. To participate in any game on the App, users must first sign up and create an Account in accordance with Clause 3 of the Terms of Service.

   2. Entry and Participation:

      1. Participating in any game on Jumbo does not require any monetary payment. The games are free to enter. However, users must have sufficient Game Tokens to play. Game Tokens are the primary currency used to participate in the games and can be earned through various in-App activities, such as:

         1. Earning Game Tokens through referrals: Users can earn Game Tokens by inviting new users to join Jumbo.

         2. Earning Game Tokens by shopping: Users can earn Game Tokens by purchasing products available on the App.

         3. Other in-App activities: Completing specific tasks, and challenges, or participating in campaigns may also reward users with Game Tokens.

      2. While payment is not necessarily required to play games, users have the option to earn Game Tokens for free by adding money into their Jumbo Shopping Credits. The amount deposited will be converted into Shopping Credits. For instance, if a user deposits ₹1,000, they will receive ₹1,000 worth of Shopping Credits and 1,000 Game Tokens. Game Tokens are provided free of charge along with the Shopping Credits and have no monetary value. Please note that Users cannot purchase Game Tokens with money, nor can money be used to participate in any games on Jumbo. Furthermore, Game Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or transferred to other users.

      3. Game Tokens are the primary currency required to play the games. The amount of Game Tokens needed may vary depending on the game, and users can accumulate more by engaging in various actions within the App. 

      4. Please note that Shopping Credits are not interchangeable with Game Tokens and cannot be used as a substitute for them in-game participation.

      5. Once you have accumulated sufficient Game Tokens, you can select any of the available games to play. The rules of each individual game must be followed, and participation is subject to the specific requirements of that game. Each game will have its own set of instructions and conditions, and we recommend reading these rules carefully before entering.

   3. Game Outcome:

Upon participation in any game, the following outcomes are possible-

1. No win: If a user does not win, they will not receive any rewards in the form of Game Tokens or Cash Winnings. The entry fee paid in Game Tokens will be consumed, but no further rewards will be granted.

2. More Game Tokens: If a user wins Game Tokens through gameplay, the earned Game Tokens will be credited to their account and may be used for future participation in games. Game Tokens cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.

3. Cash Winnings: If a user wins Cash Winnings (defined in the Terms of Service), such earnings are subject to the following options:

   1. The user may withdraw the Cash Winnings subject to applicable transaction fees or taxes under the Applicable Laws to their registered and linked bank account.

   2. Alternatively, the user may opt to reinvest their Cash Winnings into the Platform by converting them into additional Shopping Credits. The user will also receive Game Tokens free of charge along with the Shopping Credits.

      
      

4. SHOPPING CREDITS

   
   

   1. You understand and acknowledge that Shopping Credits are not transferable to cash and cannot be withdrawn. They can only be utilized to make purchases from the products available on the Platform.

   2. Users understand that they are required to utilize their Shopping Credits within 365 days from the date of deposit into their Jumbo account. If a user fails to redeem or use the Shopping Credits for purchases within this time period, the remaining Shopping Credits will automatically expire and be converted into a Gift Card for use on the Jumbo Platform, subject to its own validity terms and conditions.

   3. Upon the expiration of Shopping Credits, a Gift Card will be issued in lieu of the unused Shopping Credits. The Gift Card will be valid for use only on the Jumbo Platform and is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Company. Any remaining balance on the Gift Card after the specified validity period will be forfeited.

   4. You further acknowledge that the Shopping Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The only permitted use for Shopping Credits is to make purchases on the Platform. In case of expiration, the corresponding Gift Card can only be used for purchases on the Platform, and cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for value outside of the Platform, or transferred to third parties.

   5. The conversion of unused Shopping Credits into Gift Cards or any related actions may be subject to applicable tax laws, including but not limited to Indian Income Tax regulations. The Company may deduct applicable taxes as required under the law prior to issuing any rewards, including Gift Cards. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with all relevant tax regulations regarding any credits, rewards, or Gift Cards received.

   6. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the issuance or validity of Gift Cards, Shopping Credits, or any related system in its sole discretion. The user agrees to the Company’s discretion in making such changes to the system, which may include  altering the terms of validity, expiration, and usage of Shopping Credits and Gift Cards.

5. FAIR PLAY

At Jumbo, we are committed to ensuring a fun and fair gaming experience for all users. By participating in the games, you agree to adhere to the following principles and guidelines to maintain integrity and fairness in gameplay:

1. You agree to participate in all games on the Jumbo Platform using only your own efforts. Any attempt to manipulate or influence the outcome of a game by unauthorized means is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

   1. Using automated systems (bots) or scripts to simulate human play or gain an unfair advantage.

   2. Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the game’s algorithms to predict outcomes or alter game mechanics.

   3. Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate results or share rewards inappropriately.

2. You must not exploit or take advantage of any bugs, glitches, or other weaknesses in the game systems to gain rewards or benefits unfairly. If you become aware of any such vulnerabilities, you agree to report them to the Company immediately. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or failing to report them may result in the suspension of your Account and forfeiture of any rewards.

3. Engaging in coordinated efforts with other users to manipulate or alter the outcome of games is strictly prohibited. This includes:

   1. Sharing strategies, rewards, or points with other users to artificially inflate results.

   2. Collaborating with others to circumvent game mechanics, such as splitting rewards or creating false accounts for mutual benefit.

   3. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the rewards system or artificially increase the chances of winning.

4. You must not engage in any conduct that could disrupt or negatively affect the experience of other players. This includes, but is not limited to:

   1. Harassing, bullying, or using offensive language towards other users within the app or during gameplay.

   2. Intentionally disrupting game flow or performance by overloading servers, spamming messages, or other malicious actions.

   3. Falsely reporting or accusing other players of cheating without valid proof.

5. The use of any third-party software, including but not limited to bots, cheats, hacks, or other similar tools, is prohibited. Such software can alter the game’s performance and give users an unfair advantage over others. The Company continuously monitors game play to detect suspicious activity, such as unusual patterns of winnings or gameplay behavior that do not align with typical user engagement. In case of identified irregularities, the Company may investigate the issue and take appropriate corrective actions, including the withholding of rewards

   
   

6. DISCLAIMERS
   
   

Pursuant to Clause 17 of the Terms of Service, you understand and agree that:

1. While users can accumulate Game Tokens through in-app activities, such as shopping or referrals, participation in Jumbo games does not require any payment or deposit of real money, unless users voluntarily choose to purchase Shopping Credits. These credits are only used for purchasing products available on the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to participate in games.

2. While participation in the Jumbo games is designed to be a fun experience, users are encouraged to be mindful of the potential health risks associated with prolonged gaming, including eye strain, repetitive strain injuries, and the risk of developing unhealthy gaming habits. We recommend taking regular breaks and limiting screen time to avoid these risks.

3. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their participation in any Jumbo games complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. The Jumbo Platform is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from users' participation in the games. We do not offer gambling or betting services. All games are intended solely for entertainment.

4. Jumbo does not make any representations or warranties regarding the availability, functionality, or performance of the games or the Platform. We do not guarantee that the games will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any disruptions or technical issues that may arise during gameplay.

5. Jumbo may include third-party services or links, but we do not guarantee or take responsibility for the actions, accuracy, or legal compliance of third parties. Any risks arising from the use of third-party services accessed through the Jumbo Platform are solely the responsibility of the user.
