Zumbo Innovations Private Limited ("Company") rewards you with free in-app gems when you perform various actions on the app. These gems can be utilised at Jumbo Play where you can win Rewards. Read the rules carefully and make sure your state allows such participation. 

Apple is neither a sponsor nor is involved in any form of games on Jumbo.

1. Nature

We offer promotional games and contests on the Jumbo Platform to incentivise users and motivate them to shop. All Jumbo Games are provided by us on an "as is" basis with no guarantee or warranty of continuity. We may choose to modify, replace, abandon, or add any Jumbo Game on the platform at our discretion.

2. Entry

We do not allow users to pay any money or similar consideration to participate in the Jumbo Games. Jumbo Games are completely free of charge to enter. Users can use the in-app gems, which can be collected via various actions on the platform, to participate in Jumbo Games.

3. Rules

Each Jumbo Game is governed by its own rules, instructions, and reward conditions. Read these Game Rules before participating in Jumbo Games. We retain the right to modify these Game Rules at any time. The nature and timeline to disburse the Rewards is at the sole discretion of the Company. You are only eligible to receive the Reward if your Jumbo account is KYC verified.

3.1 Daily Spin

Spin daily to win exciting rewards like gems, coupons, free spins, and various other prizes.

3.2 Finding Jumbo

Find the correct positions of the letters “J”, “U”, “M”, “B”, “O”, and “X” by selecting cells on a grid. Every Saturday at 18:00 hrs, the Company will reveal the correct positions for the letters. Your rewards will be based on how many letters you correctly placed. The available rewards will be displayed on the game screen.

3.3 Powerplay

Answer 6 simple questions daily on topics like cricket, entertainment, football, and the stock market. For each question, choose between two options using your skills and knowledge. Await the result announcement—more correct answers mean bigger prizes!

3.4 Level up

You have 6 levels, each containing either a bomb or a prize. Tap a box on each level to make your guess. If you find a prize, you can either cash out or advance to the next level for a bigger reward. If you find a bomb, you lose the game.

3.4 Ludo Express

You have 4 pawns and 24 moves to achieve a high score on the Ludo board. Score points by moving your pawns across the board, eliminating opponent pawns, and reaching home. Use your skills to strategically plan your moves. The higher your score, the bigger the prize.

4. Geographical Restrictions

We may notify, at any point, that users from a particular state or jurisdiction are not eligible to access or participate in some or all the Jumbo Games.

5. Disclaimers

• None of the Jumbo Games are offered to users for money, and hence they do not qualify as "gambling" under Indian law. In case any Jumbo Game is restricted or prohibited in your state, you are responsible to notify us and avoid participation in such Jumbo Game.

• The disbursal of Rewards is at our complete discretion. You do not have any claim or right over any Reward declared by us until it is deposited in your account.

• We will make deductions under applicable law before disbursing any Reward to you. We are not responsible for any tax implications on you from your participation in the Jumbo Games or any Rewards we disburse to you. You must obtain independent tax advice before entering into a Jumbo Game or receiving any Reward from us.
